Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Be the primary contact of CCC for OG flows & customers for IG flows.
  • Manage Open Order Portfolio (Errors, Delays monitoring) and Act proactively to secure a good service level.
  • Manage the potential invoicing process.
  • Manage urgencies, critical requests and provide special attention to VIP customer orders & High priority orders.
  • Manage Customer Complaints & act proactively to prevent escalation.
  • Handle Escalations on a timely manner and provide with the best answer & resolutions to CCC or IG customers.
  • Participate in visit and/or consultation of customers and front offices to understand the different logistics solution needs, priorities and expectations per customer segment.
  • Build, update and ensure respect of the SLA (Service Level Agreement) with CCC & with IG customers.
  • Ensure manual order booking when needed (Generic refs, Configurable refs, tendering).
  • Manage returns if required (mainly for IG with some exceptions for Field Services on OG customers), from the manual return order creation to the credit note submission.
  • Raise Master Data requests if required (for allocation process, to add a new customer, to update a material).
  • Allocation Management.
  • Export Management.
  • Performance animation.
  • Projects & Continuous Improvements.
  • Follow up on Performance KPIs and lead projects for continuous improvement.
