Responsibilities
  • Manage the Process/Continuous improvement within their unit to support Customer Satisfaction and Quality.
  • Manage cross functional teams, implement operational technique and performs activities aimed both at monitoring a process and at eliminating causes of dissatisfaction.
  • Manage the Process/Continuous improvement within the entity.
  • Work with Plant Management Team to develop strategy and identify opportunity for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, propose and support improvements to ensure the achievement of Process Excellence goals within the entity to increase customer satisfaction, productivity and effectiveness.
  • Provide to Plant Management Team synthesis of Projects progress & their associated savings.
  • Collect and select improvement opportunities from various sources.
  • Implement continuous improvement by using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Promote and manage the relevant Quality programs, tools and methods to ensure Continuous Improvement.
  • Be a 6 Sigma referent in the plant.
  • Organize and coordinate the deployment of sustainable Excellence in all the entity processes using improvement tools (SPS, 6 Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, SMED).
  • Identify and plan projects with the different actors.
  • Provide transversal animation to face the forecasted challenges in line with the entity animation system and group's methodologies:
  • Ensure the availability of resources.
  • Check the success of projects and the implementation of a continuous monitoring
  • Propose corrective measures and inform the relevant hierarchies in case of drift
  • Roll out the prevention based on lessons learned.
  • Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods processes deliver the expected benefit to customers and business bottom line.
  • Coordinate the implementation of agreed changes and monitor to ensure they are robust and sustainable.
  • Pilot the teams to ensure that the organization is a highly motivated and competent and lives the quality and process improvement culture.
  • Share and replicate the Best Practices of Continuous Improvement.
  • Promote as a standard the Industrial Excellence principles of the group: SPS / DMAIC / SIM.
  • Network continuously with Continuous Improvement Community.
  • Be part of the CI network managed by CS&Q team and use the appropriate tools (bFO Lightening) to follow.
  • Continuous Improvement of projects & competencies.
  • Be responsible of the SPS overall animation within the plant.
