Role
Responsibilities
1. Learning Experience Platform (Degreed) Support:
- Assist in the management and administration of the Degreed platform, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our users.
- Collaborate with the team to create, update, and curate learning content on the platform.
- Monitor the platform and performance, track user engagement, and provide insights to enhance the learning experience.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the Degreed platform.
2. Opportunity Marketplace and Skills Intelligence Hub:
- Support the Opportunity Marketplace by assisting with content curation and platform maintenance.
- Contribute to the Skills Intelligence Hub, ensuring accurate and up-to-date skills information.
- Assist in mapping skills to job roles and recommending skill development opportunities for employees.
3. Learning and Development Projects:
- Participate in strategic projects focused on learning and talent development.
- Collaborate with the team to implement learning technology tools and platforms effectively.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyze data related to learning activities, skills development, and talent acquisition.
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and learning metrics.
- Provide insights from data analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various teams, including Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Technology, to ensure seamless integration of learning technologies.
- Foster knowledge-sharing and best practices across teams to optimize learning solutions.
Desired profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning technologies, talent development, and human resources.
- Familiarity with learning experience platforms (e.g., Degreed) is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
