Role
Responsibilities
- Update e-learnings like ‘welcome to eriks’ with software of Articulate RISE (authoring tool) and upload and set up courses in our Learning Management System (Workday) and/or coordinate updates done by an external provider with input from different countries / languages
- Planning & organization of Global Talent Programmes: invite participants, coordinate planning, search for and make agreements with accommodations, organize network events
- Support in annual calendar of global programmes like Managers Essentials modules (training for managers): schedule and communicate dates, follow up on cancelations, cross charge costs, monitor enrolments, drive completion of module, follow up on questions
- Based on data from Workday: run reports, analyse trends, manage completions, support countries to manage learning assignments
- Support LinkedIn Learning team with communication and branding of the learning offer (select and promote courses, set-up monthly learning newsletter etc)
- Coordinate translations of e-learnings, webinars, videos and other training materials into Dutch, French, German (from English)
- Based on competencies and interest: set up new learning initiatives, like onboarding programme, do impact analyses, facilitate learning sessions, support other HR teams
