Responsibilities

Marketing and Research Management:

Working hours will be from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with participants entitled to a 1-hour break within this timeframe. The maximum working hours per week will be 45 hours. It is essential to develop marketing strategies to promote products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement through comprehensive marketing plans. Conducting market research to identify target audiences, customer preferences, and industry trends is a critical step.

Additionally, managing social media platforms and creating engaging content is crucial. Monitoring social media trends and tracking performance metrics will enhance the effectiveness of campaigns. Organizing focus groups, interviews, and other market research methods, alongside conducting competitive analyses to determine market trends, pricing, and sales strategies, is also important.

The processes of data collection and analysis should support the transformation of gathered information into actionable reports and presentations. It is vital to interpret the data and provide strategic recommendations to enable informed decision-making within the company. Assisting in survey design and the implementation of market research studies is also a key responsibility. Staying updated on market trends and implementing best practices are essential for the companys growth.
