Role
Responsibilities
Encompassing change management instruments from trainings to employee engagement across more than 220 countries in 47 languages, CIS is labeled to be the "Game Changer" to the whole DHL.
The intern will be based in Leipzig and part of the EU regional Network Operations team, with the focus on the Program implementation in Europe and Leipzig Regional Office.
- Support planning and organization of training in the Network Operations Regional Office in Leipzig, as well as Prague and Cologne.
- Management reporting for the EU regional network (for all Countries, HUBs and DHL Airlines)
- Management of the regional collaboration platform and other communication platforms.
- Event management and support
- Sourcing and promotion of the best-demonstrated practices in EU Country operations, Hubs, and DHL Airlines.
- Support CIS Training organization in the new Regional Training Center in Leipzig

Candidates with AIESEC experience (or/and relevant other business experience) preferred.
Candidates with similar position experience.
