About Yalı Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı

Private Yalı Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic was founded in 2011 by our founding dentists, Hüseyin Emre Aydın and Celalettin Emrah Yellice, graduates of Ege University Faculty of Dentistry. After serving for a long time as a two-story polyclinic with three units in Güzelyalı, in 2020, it started providing services at its Üçkuyular branch on Karabağlar/İnönü Avenue. It is a four-unit polyclinic with all kinds of facilities. Our doctors, who follow all the innovations brought by the era, always prioritize the patient. Our innovative team, who is well aware of the current techniques and exhibits a patient-centered approach, also demonstrates a highly transparent and informative approach throughout the treatment process. In our clinics, we provide services in various fields such as implant treatment, which is primarily surgical, prosthodontics, endodontics, zirconium and laminate applications, botulinum toxin application, pediatric dentistry, smile design, orthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, correction of misalignment with transparent aligners, and general dentistry.

Role

Responsibilities

1. Attend training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills. 

2. Resolve phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries. 

3. Process and logging incoming calls into CRM system. 

4. Identify customer needs. 

5. Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments. 

6. Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.

7. Provide outstanding customer service. 

8. Update customer information as required. 

9. Maintain confidentiality of information. 

10. Perform other duties as the need arises. 

Working hours

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
