About
Working hours
o Understand the importance of quality food served in Pegasus Reef
Hotel and hence make every effort to maintain the high-quality
standard.
o Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P standards and requirements.
o Clean refrigerators and workstations and change pots and containers.
o Pick up storeroom items, checking of requisitions on receiving from the
stores.
o Collecting butchery, pastry, and other items from relevant production
kitchen.
o Follow up on daily mise-en-place, replenishing when required.
o Follow all the dishes prepared by the seniors and record in his recipe
book for future training and reference.
o He is responsible for all kitchen utensils to be available at all times.
o Familiarize with outlet and staff.
o Knowledge of personal and kitchen hygiene. (To H.A.C.C.P standards)
o Knowledge of coordination between kitchen.
o Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized
and easily accessible.
o Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing cold rooms, sanitizing
