Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling: Collaborate with project managers to define scope, objectives, and timelines—support in creating project plans, identifying critical tasks, and setting project milestones.
  • Conduct research and analysis: Assist in gathering relevant information and conducting market research to support project decision-making. Analyze data, trends, and project requirements to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate project activities: Assist in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes—support project managers in tracking action items, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress: Assist in monitoring project timelines, ensuring schedule adherence, and identifying potential risks or issues. Collaborate with team members to address challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Support project documentation: Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and resource allocation. Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with team members from different departments to facilitate effective communication, coordinate project dependencies, and ensure seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
