HD Kaucuk, which started its activities in the automotive sector in Izmir in 1959, produces rubber and metal suspension spare parts in the heavy vehicle and trailer group. As of 2011, the company moved all its production facilities to Denizli; It continues its activities with an annual production capacity of 2,500 tons in its campus located in an open area of ​​​​20,000 m² and a closed area of ​​​​10,000 m². HD Kaucuk designs its own molds by using flow simulation programs and three-dimensional drawing (CAD-SOLID, CAM-CIMATRONE,) programs in its design center and can produce molds in-house. The design center within the company has been approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade as of June 2017, and it has entered the Industry 4.0 path by transforming the zinc phosphate line and chemosil paint line into robotic operation in 2017.
