Working hours
Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Provides timely feedback to Senior Management regarding performance.
- Understands market conditions to increase market share while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- The assists the sales team in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the sales team.
- Use a CRM system and ensures SRA is used to its full capacity
- Work across the entire ProfiCircle footprint to do the right thing for all customers.
Requirements:
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and ability with Microsoft Office products, HubSpot, Teams Exceptional and Proven leadership and team-building skills with proven negotiating ability.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in customer success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
