Friday to Sunday, - 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and taking care of the consumer experience
- Identify key customer difficulties and create strategic solutions to solve problems such as scheduling and activities
- Assist in the organization of the sector’s reception areas
- Provide information about our customers to the internal product, technology, sales, and marketing team in order to improve the customer experience
- Collect feedback from partners and customers about the product/service and the current state of the relationship with the organization
