The job requires a high level of autonomy and will provide you with a steady learning curve. If you feel excited about figuring out how to solve complex and ambiguous problems in order to improve every day while collaborating with the people around you, this role is for you. What you’ll be doing:  As a Continuous Improvement Practitioner, your day-to-day responsibility will be supporting the deployment of lean improvement projects in different DHL units and functions all across Europe. Our transformation projects result in very significant improvement of productivity, cost, quality, and staff motivation and are based on the following dimensions: performance management, organization, processes, and mindset/behavior. 

  • Identifying and quantifying improvement opportunities in all dimensions.
  • Designing solutions for the identified areas of improvement.
  • Supporting the line in building implementation and executing them.
  • Acting as a change agent for the allocated work-streams.
  • Monitoring change progress and proposing remedial action where necessary.
  • Pushing, motivating, and convincing all involved parties to drive improvement.
  • Coaching the staff on continuous improvement and lean management principles and tools.
