Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

1. Meeting regularly with learning stakeholders to ensure operational needs are defined and met

2. Organizing program information, tracking actions and progress, adhering to project timelines and budget

3. Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal/external

coaches, including contracting, scheduling, and regular follow-up of services

4. Tracking request data to ensure proper budgeting, contracting, and cross-charging

5. Ensuring the tracking of learner data and operational metrics to demonstrate program success and measure effectiveness

6. Ensuring that all departmental policies and procedures are followed

7. Ensuring operational compliance to the Belgium Training Plan Law requirements

8. Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency

9. Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made

10. Identifying and resolving any problems, by developing recommendations and implementing solutions

DESIRABLE PROFILE:

  • Experience with training/growth programs (HBDI, ad-hoc training requests, liaison with learning and talent partners) (Preferred)
  • Team-player, likes to collaborate and work with colleague of diverse roles/background
  • Willing to learn and to be coached, with a collaborative mindset
  • Structured and organized
  • Background isn't relevant, as long as there an interested in the HR and training field
