Role
Responsibilities
- To be included in the company's management trainee Polaris program, to experience the rotation of several core departments, through business practice, to master the business logic of all relevant departments of the company.
- The company's senior management leads and coaches the whole process to participate in the relevant business unit management practice, quickly cultivate business strategic thinking and master management methodology.
- Cross-discipline rotation, familiar with business processes, and make improvement proposals.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
