Since quality is very important, quality management is also an integral part of your work. We are looking for individuals, that are driven by the motivation to get things over the finish line. More precisely, we want you to follow through from the first idea ->the specific requirement ->the solution design ->project management ->quality management ->final product.

Another main task will be a project that we define together at the start of the internship. Here we want you to experience the full life-cycle of a project (e.g. new product feature). From shaping the idea, towards interviewing all stakeholders and finishing the whole thing with a report and a recommendation.

The most challenging part awaits you in the process of the creation of a specification document. We will select a current topic together and you will elaborate a full specification document on which the development of a new solution will be based. There will always be a mentor available in order to keep your ideas in line with the Omikron way of doing things.
