Role
Responsibilities
- To recruit students for all programmes offered by the college and to ensure that the student numbers are met as per target set
- To participate and to execute marketing plans and strategies on student recruitment
- To promote programme / courses offered by the college in various student enrolment activities such as education fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, school events, etc.
- To carry out student recruitment activities; provide counseling to potential students and parents, participating in education fairs, carry out talks and programme previews at school, and other activities deemed necessary to boost the student recruitment;
- To participate in marketing and promotional activities such as education fair, exhibition, roadshow, course preview, open days, school events, etc
- To provide input in the planning and implementation of student recruitment strategies;
- To capture database of potential students for recruitment purposes;
- Maintaining and updating student recruitment databases;
- To handle enquiries for all programmes
- To keep a record of newspaper advertisement and press release on programme advertised.
- Participating in marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e- newsletters;
- Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
- Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
- To assist in students’ registration process i.e. Programme & hostel
- Develop and maintain good relationship with potential students (students, parents, family, relative), gatekeepers (school teachers, headmasters, counselors) vendors / suppliers, government departments / agencies, media partners.
- To carry out telemarketing on daily basis as per the target given.
- To assist the quality assurance management committee (qamc) in the execution of quality assurance policy & procedures in the college;
- Organizing events such as conferences, seminars, previews, workshop, events and exhibitions;
- To attend courses, seminars, workshops and other related skills and knowledge enhancement and refreshment programmes as when and where deem necessary by the management;
- Any other job responsibilities that are assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Work with the other units to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
