Responsibilities
Onboarding Management
- Informing new joiners about the agenda of the day of joining (DOJ)
- Follow up with Recruiters, Team Leads, and Hiring Managers on the list of candidates who are scheduled to join
- Updating all relevant stakeholders about possible changes in a candidate’s joining time
- Collecting and ensuring that all documents required for joining are in place, on time and accurate (employee application form, highest education degree, work permit, evaluation forms and other documentations if necessary)
- Auditing documents and forms required for a candidate’s joining; send out observations gathered during the audit process and request stakeholders to complete missing information to ensure timely onboarding
- Working together with HR Deployment team (HRD) to guarantee smooth onboarding. Inform HRD if a candidate requires Medical Check on DOJ or any other exception
- Keeping TAG Internal Tracker and other trackers updated
- Compliance with the TAG Process Guideline
- Suggest and implement process improvements for onboarding
Reporting
- Creating periodic reports to track the performance and progress of various recruitment parameters
- Send Daily and Monthly TAG Reports to the corporate teams
- Send Open Requirement reports to the corproate teams
- Other reports that are required depending on the operations
Candidate Experience and candidate engagement
- Benchmark on candidate engagement
- Drive special initiatives for engagement future TCS employees from time they accepted offer until time they join TCS
Other tasks
- Participate and provide information and data for audits when needed
- Ad-hoc reports and backing up team depending on the situation
