Monday to Saturday, - 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Guest relations:interact on arrival anticipated on their needs
- Main point for contact troubleshooting
- Draft marketing campaings for hotel services and experiences that are provided
- Be active on social media platforms to attract new customers
- Results' analysis about customers' feedback from platforms (ex. from Booking) and present to hotel management
