Responsibilities
Within the Early Careers team, the intern will:
- Be the main point of contact between AIESEC and the company and ensure constant communication between the parties.
- Manage the different aspects of the AIESEC partnership, such as strategy planning, event coordination, contract negotiations, and budget administration.
- Develop the company Global Internship Program.
- Alignment with the HRBPs from the different locations.
- Develop and execute an internal sales plan to ensure the program growth across the different divisions and geographical locations.
- Support during the onboarding process of interns.
- Support the delivery of AIESEC Partnership responsibilities in global, regional and national
- employer branding initiatives.
- Translate the Early Careers global strategy to AIESEC projects.
