Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
- To provide outstanding support via technical products via phone, e-chat and email.
- To deliver results by ensuring all work items allocated are processed with established SOPs
- Conduct regular checks to ensure quality and accuracy
- Represent the company at relevant external events
- Customer Support
The position includes shift work and there are 3 shifts (09.00-18.00,11.00-20.00, 14.00-23.00). Employee should be working 9 hours a day one of theese shifts. 5 days a week
