Role

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:  

  • Close cooperation with the Recruitment Specialist on recruitment projects for TCS internal requirements 
  • Identifying candidates via using different talent acquisition sources and channels
  • Create candidate pool

Interview Process:

  • Screening and evaluating applications, CVs
  • Initiate cold calls
  • Pre-screening evaluation of long listed candidates via phone interviews
  • Organize language checks
  • Organize interviews

Administration:

  • Prepare high quality Phone Interview Evaluation Forms in the given timeframe
  • Daily maintenance and update of the recruitment database and trackers
  • Help out in creating different reports related to the hiring status whenever needed
  • Creating ad-hoc reports whenever needed

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
