Role
Responsibilities
- Identify performance deviations, productivity and revenue opportunities within the operation.
- Implement digitization and green initiatives to optimize operations processes and reduce costs.
- Perform root cause analysis and lead the implementation of new processes and standards.
- Industry deep dive analysis
- Manage & analyze DHL information
- Produce meaningful insights
- Collaborate with the sales force in ad doc projects
- Generate relevant insights to share with the sales force
