Role

Responsibilities
  • System development: Develop solutions with users to improve the product according to user needs, plan and carry out user acceptance tests to ensure that the solutions work as desired.
  • Communication: Develop communications to keep our stakeholders continuously up to date, inform stakeholders about new solutions in a target group-oriented manner.
  • Training: The product can only be as good as its users, so help us to ensure that users are able to use all the functionalities of the system. Develop training materials using a variety of media.
  • Community Building: Help us to bring the users of the system together and motivate them to share tips and tricks, support each other and obtain regular feedback.
  • System Administration: Creating and adjusting user accounts, providing reports, complying with data protection requests.

It would be good if you have knowledge of talent acquisition and ideally also an affinity for IT applications. (Have experience of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Avature will be the asset.)
