Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining “world-class” talent acquisition and talent management strategies, targeting our headquarters in Belgium and local offices worldwide (we have offices in Madrid, Dubai, Singapore...)
- Support in full recruitment cycle: from job intake with hiring managers to determine the required profiles to job postings, active sourcing and screening of potential candidates, interviewing, contracting administration and on-boarding process
- Participate in employer branding and other social media initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Learning & Development strategies and programs to ensure BICS employees remain highly skilled.
- Assess training needs & coordinates with training providers to define effective trainings
- Contribute to the creation of digital learning modules, in close collaboration with the internal trainers, and follow up on the learning journey of newcomers
- Support for initiatives in other related domains such as engagement and well-being
- Participate in defining and implementing effective career management and performance management processes.
- Support in our monthly Employee Newsletter elaboration
- Assist in our HR best practices definition and simplification of internal processes, including administration
- Provide a five-star onboarding experience for the BICS newcomers
- Join the BICS Young Community and help with events planning and other recreational gatherings
