Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Participate in various HR / IT projects associated with implementing new functionality, enhancements to existing functionality
  • Work daily with sensitive HR data
  • Proactively identify, search for and propose further improvements to enhance the end users experience
  • The intern will have 2 focus projects:
  1. Lead Data Quality project
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards and other metrics
  • Review, analyze, and reconcile related data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures
  • Create and work with excel reports and possibly Power BI
  • Troubleshoot data and reports.

2. Lead Skills Matrix project

  • Administrate or upload HR data in the HR system
  • Liason with the local teams (global scope) on the location specifications
  • Responsible for collecting and presenting data
