BESCO AUTOMOTIVE MACHINERY INDUSTRY AND CO. LTD.’s facility includes manufacturing unit of 5750 m² indoor area in Büsan Industrial Zone of Konya city. There are 120 workers within the company working in Production, Packing, Delivery, Quality Control and Administration departments.

Role

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the sales department in order to succeed any step of the realization of the sales proces
  • Providing any kind of translations necessary for any department of the company or the group company
  • Assisting the managers and sales departments during business trips if necessary.
  • Attending B2B meetings, client visits, exhibitions if necessary.
  • Following up th whole process from the first touch till the goods arrive to the client.
  • Asking for customer satisfaction by contacting them through e-mail and mobile.
  • Expanding the market share and penetration level by new ideas.

Application process usually takes 8 days

  • STEP 1

    Candidates ,deemed appropriate at the end of the AIESEC official's meetings, will meet with the company official and a talent pool will be composed.

  • STEP 2

    Subsequently, the approved candidate pool will go through a second elimination by Besco Makina Management Team

  • STEP 3

    At the end of all these processes, if necessary, third interviews will be held with the determined number of candidates and the placement process will begin.
