Application process usually takes 8 days

  • STEP 1

    Candidates ,deemed appropriate at the end of the AIESEC official's meetings, will meet with the company official and a talent pool will be composed

  • STEP 2

    Subsequently, the approved candidate pool will go through a second elimination by Arnikon Management Team

  • STEP 3

    At the end of all these processes, if necessary, third interviews will be held with the determined number of candidates and the placement process will begin

  • STEP 4

    Result
