Working hours
Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
Stay up to date with sales technology integration capabilities and trends
Work with management to implement and optimise new processes and workflows
Proactively identify new workflow and automation opportunities
Document technology processes
Technology support for employees
Assess the impact that technology changes will have on other solutions and employees
Develop best practices
Deliver on deadlines
Become a subject matter expert
(Potentially) monitoring usage data
Engaging with solution customer support
Presentations on new potential technology solutions, as well as new or improved processes/workflows
Maintain the hygiene of the current systems
Support the implementation, training and enablement of users on new technologies and processes/workflows
