Role
As a key member of the Product and Solutions team, you are responsible for:
Learning Platforms:
-
Convert existing training content from HTML, MS Word, video, and into the CMS and EdCast portals.

Organize CMS training content into different streams and different language profiles for participants to follow per company requirements.

Ensure tracking of trainees’ progress through the various training courses/streams.
-
Be experienced with WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliance guidelines and best practices for CMS and LMS administration.

Advice on LMS, LCMS, and LXP best practices, specifically those related to SCORM and/or Tin Can API Expert.
Internships Coordination:
-
Account management for LHH-AIESEC partnership operations and touchpoints.

End-to-end recruitment process for AIESEC program opportunities: promotion, shortlisting, onboarding.

Support and guidance in visa processes for AIESEC program interns.

General partnership development strategies (touchpoints content and facilitation, engagement strategies, among others).
ABOUT YOU
-
Experience building client-facing content in LMS, LCMS or LXP systems.
-
Experience using SCORM and/or Tin Can API.
-
(Preferred) Experience creating WCAG 2.0 compliant content in an LMS, LCMS or LXP system.
-
(Preferred) Experience adding company branding (logos, colour scheme etc.) to all learning content.
-
(Preferred) Experience working with html5, css, javascript within the context of a learning management system or content management system.
-
(Preferred) Experience with LMS based or related technology that allows for customers to purchase training courses online.

Education related to adult learning (considered an asset).
-
Experience with EdCast or Compass (considered an asset).
-
Experience designing for a mobile-first experience (considered an asset).
-
Previous AIESEC experience is required, preferably in an operations role.
The location can be flexible: UK or Germany, to be discussed with the candidate.
