Role
Responsibilities
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Addressing any employment relations issues
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Overseeing hiring process,including coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing checks
- Accountable to align the new employees.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, etc.
- Agenda Management.
- Gives support in operational tasks of the area.
- Accommodation will be a host family.

Monday to Thursday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
