Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Under supervision, support delivery of corporate communications processes and activities to communicate effectively with employees and the business stakeholders
  • Ability to use a publishing program to upload and launch communications, newletters etc.
  • Put together standard content and material for internal communications such as newsletters, brochures, handbooks, etc.
  • Assist in administration of internal communications channels and support timely distribution of material for internal communication such as newsletters, brochures, handbooks, conference and seminar materials, etc.
  • Ability to create Surveys electronically using in-house tools, monitor response rates and create reports for responses
  • Comply with established quality standards, and ensure proper usage of internal communications formats and media
  • Resolve recurring issues faced during delivery as per defined processes, systems and methods support the Communications Specialist in creating articles and presentations that reflect strategy and engage the audience
