Role
The general project scope can be summarized around three key topics:
1) Setting-up and managing a framework of channels and communication touch points to keep our global
community informed and engaged. An important part of this framework will be made up by the introduction of a new global intranet, as well as setting up a series of Town Hall meetings, in close cooperation with global senior management.
2) Implementing a newly identified Values framework through co-creation with the global community.
Contributing to projects on creating a global connection in the current Corona-circumstances, re-boarding and learning & development. This will also include creating a framework for lasting engagement of colleagues as our company ambassadors (in both their internal and external communication).
3) Structurally improving internal communication instances and documentation, by lifting the messaging to the next level in terms of approach, copywriting and visuals. Throughout this assignment you will come into contact with a large variety of teams across the whole global organization.
Responsibilities will include:
Setting up & aligning series of internal town halls (including agreeing on content, setting up
distribution channels and liaising with organizing leaders).
Setting up a new Intranet, in close collaboration with key users from different departments and with
IT.
Driving the communication and related initiatives, directed at the dissemination and internalization
of our new Value framework.
Creating a lasting, self-sustaining “company ambassador” network, resulting in a constant stream of
content and inspiration on LinkedIn.
Setting up a framework for our external Employer branding and executing recruitment marketing
campaigns (recruitment evets & ads, promo campaigns)
Co-developing and visually/textually realizing internal communication packages for: onboarding, re-
boarding, reconnection, learning & development.
Executing internal communication actions on large or long term projects (organizing internal events/
town halls or presentations, preparing materials, practical arrangements…).
Supporting various teams on internal roll-out of large new initiatives, that require engagement from
all global colleagues (for example roll-out of a new way of working or IT tool).
Heading the editors team of our monthly employee journal, Punch Power Paper, lifting the content to
a higher level, copywriting and providing layout design.
Contributing (social) media content.
Managing our internal communication channels.
Setting up a KPI framework to capture the progress of the entire project.
