About Hostel Chocolatchê

Chocolatchê is a hostel founded in 2016, located in the heart of the most touristic city in the state and one of the mosts in Brazil, Gramado. The Chocolatchê hostel is very well located, right in the center of Gramado, in a few meters from the “Rua Coberta”, “Palácio dos Festivais”, and “Igreja Matriz”, among other tourist spots and principal areas. You can meet them walking and enjoy the beauty and nature of Gramado.

Role

Responsibilities
  • Implement hotel administration and management tools, improving the administrative area;
  • Prospect national and international events and clients to leverage the company's partners;
  • Give a warm welcome to guests to make them feel at home;
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs;
  • Perform reception tasks;
  • Assign rooms and be aware of administrative tasks;
  • Deliver emails and messages;
  • Process customer payments;
  • Respond to requests for information from guests (such as transport, gastronomic establishments);
  • Help with cleaning and accommodation for breakfast;
  • Create and promote content for the company's social media and communication platforms for international clients;
  • Propose ideas to improve processes within the hostel.

8:00 am - 4:00 pm
