About Kamayi
Kamayi is an early-stage startup, creating an end-to-end recruitment solution for SMEs in Pakistan. The operational hypothesis of this startup is simple. In Pakistan, Small and Medium-sized employers (over 4 million in number) lack access to a platform offering guaranteed candidate quality through a simple hiring process. Kamayi operates as an extension of the employers by understanding their hiring needs and finding them the right candidate through a holistic and user-friendly process
Role
Responsibilities
- Developing tools and methods for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires
- Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly
- Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily readable content for stakeholders and other departments
- Assist with daily administrative duties
- Design and present new social media campaign ideas
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
- Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content

10:00 am - 6:00 pm
