Role
Responsibilities
- Promoting our Customer Experience and facilitate communications with country coordinators, project managers, and departments.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of various performance management tools and reports based on NPS methodology.
- Assist the Global CXM team through special ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Developing information/communication material and research on topics such as competitive analysis, benchmarking, etc.
- Possibility to drive your own work-streams and projects, depending on your ambition and skills.
- Join a small and dynamic team with experienced international colleagues from the business as well as top strategy consulting with deep Supply Chain knowledge

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
