Role

Responsibilities
  • Drive the entire Internship Recruiting process (job descriptions, interviews, evaluation of candidates jointly with managers and onboarding).
  • Support annual HR processes, e.g. performance management and development 
  • Support global HR projects.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support in various administrative topics related to Employee Engagement, Employee Performance, Employee Satisfaction, Internship Surveys, etc.
  • Support the Health & Safety agenda, etc.  
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Review and update employee data in the HR admin system.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
