Role
Responsibilities
- Drive the entire Internship Recruiting process (job descriptions, interviews, evaluation of candidates jointly with managers and onboarding).
- Support annual HR processes, e.g. performance management and development
- Support global HR projects.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support in various administrative topics related to Employee Engagement, Employee Performance, Employee Satisfaction, Internship Surveys, etc.
- Support the Health & Safety agenda, etc.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
- Review and update employee data in the HR admin system.

Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
