The ACE Program is a career development partnership between TCS and AIESEC that has the objective of providing youth with the opportunity to have exposure to highly qualified professional opportunities.
Role
Responsibilities
- Supervision of operational strategies and projects of the program in 14 branches
- Develop program expansion strategies with new stakeholders within the company
- Revision and implementation of global contract with AIESEC International
- Position the program's brand through conference participation and digital campaigns
- Engage internal and external stakeholders ensuring efficient cooperation
Working hours
Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
