Monday to Thursday, - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday, - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
- Implement business development plans and identify all business opportunities to increase sales volumes and market share.
- Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth/profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop relationships with new customers at all levels, in order to develop an awareness of the benefits of the products and services.
- Visit existing and new customers regularly to develop and renew relationships to facilitate the expansion of Companies.
- Pay attention to competitors and their activities within the market
- Provide customers with quotations, develop action plans, and facilitate the implementation plan.
- Negotiate the terms of the sales agreement and close the deal.
- Work closely with other divisions to find opportunities to cross-sell.
- Prepare daily/ weekly and monthly reports.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential B2B customers.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
- Plan for the company's marketing success
- Determine key business development KPIs
- Work with sales and marketing teams.
- Do regular market research.
- Develop a sales strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate business development activities.
