Role

Responsibilities
  • Human resource management and tracking;
  • Map elements and define strategies to strengthen the organizational culture;
  • Develop an HR plan through a code of ethics definition;
  • Develop the training, recruiting plan, performance evaluation and hiring policies;
  • HR administration;
  • Develop recognition and selection process policies;
  • Analyze internal communication and define strategies to evolve;
  • Create the ideal workplace for the company;
  • Implement agile methodologies (like Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc)
