Project Activities

Week 1

Design & Marketing Team: Assess the store environment (decor, lighting, menu) to determine whether it is visually appealing and attractive to customers.
Interns (TNV) rotate as Cashiers and Service Staff at the branch to experience the customer journey and observe employee behavior.
Business Team: Observe how employees handle cash and conduct end-of-day inventory checks to identify loopholes that may lead to cash loss or inventory shrinkage.
Evaluate employees' current sales skills (Do they greet customers? Do they suggest additional purchases?).
Week 2
Create a one-month Content Calendar for Facebook/TikTok.
Create a new packaging layout for the tea product line (maintaining the traditional Vinh Long identity while adding a modern touch).
Design periodic inventory check templates
Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for Cashiers.
Draft short-form video scripts introducing the shop’s 13-year journey and story.
Week 3
Apply the cashier and inventory management procedures under the supervision of the interns.
Organize a workshop to train staff on Sales and Up-selling skills.
Purchase materials and directly participate in decorating the store.
Finalize and hand over the packaging design to the production workshop.
Begin filming and producing video content.
Week 4
Inventory management file and automated Excel tracking file.
Sales & Up-sales handbook + English communication handbook for new employees.
