Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Start preparing the materials for the lessons to be delivered
Understand the final goal of the project and organize the weeks accordingly;
Alignment meeting between the volunteer and the organization to assess the activities to be carried out;
Week 2
Activities to learn about the SDGs and become familiar with them;
Introduce the project’s beneficiaries to the international volunteers and the project’s objectives;
Reading a chosen book with the entire class;
Workshop on SDG 4.
Week 3
Lessons on the agreed subjects;
Development of assessments to evaluate the learning of different topics.
Creation of spaces to interact with the students regarding their personal development, based on what was planned together;
Creation of alternative lessons: math games, debate spaces, practical activities;
Weekly review of the chosen book;
Week 4
Present the final evaluation of the project.
Have the students present what they have learned;
Create a survey to analyze data and determine the results of the impact achieved through the project;
