Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Set up a buddy system for beneficiaries/learners
Determinate measure of outcome system and material to be use
Train volunteers on classroom management and engaging with beneficiaries
Design and create required educational materials (grammar books, basic numeracy sheets, etc.)
Conduct onboarding meeting with school representatives to understand student needs (math, reading, languages, etc.)
Week 2
Creating a PDP for each participant and tracking their improvement weekly by a coaching system
Begin teaching core academic lessons based on learning needs (math, reading, foreign language, etc.)
Launch ECA/CCA based on exchange participant’s strengths (e.g., sports, music, dance, STEM)
Workshop: The importance of SDG 4
Conduct an initial assessment to evaluate current knowledge levels (can also refer to school data)
Week 3
ECA/CCA activity session to build soft skills & student engagement (project-based, teamwork)
Continue targeted academic lessons (aligned with assessment results)
Run interactive reinforcement activities (math games, language speaking, reading skills practice)
Weekly individualized coaching to monitor PDP progress
Conduct weekly progress tests to measure learning outcomes
Week 4
Learning reinforcement through competitions or practical challenges
Closing event: students showcase academic + ECA/CCA achievements (exhibition, quiz bowl, performance)
Collect final evaluation data (surveys, interviews, focus groups + test analysis)
Create and present the final impact report to AIESEC team and school representatives
Final subject lessons and key topic revisions
