Project Fingerprint [4 weeks]
The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Get to know the staff and beneficiaries
Determinate measure of outcome system
Run lessons based on the needs of the student or the school
Understand your course material and prepare engaging sessions accordingly
Introductory sessions on the lesson plan
Onboarding space with partner to set expectations towards project artistic focus and beneficiaries development
Shadowing at workplace to understands the future routines and profiles you will work with
Week 2
Design and prepare educational methodology and materials
Run dynamics to strengthen what was learned in the lesson of the week. Games, tests, quiz, discussion
Interactive lessons for engaging the students
Initial alignment with students to understand their knowledge and needs
Week 3
Prepare interactive class sessions through presentation, games, and activities
Run weekly tests to assess main learnings from the week
Bring activities that explore imagination, problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork and communication skills between the beneficiaries
Go outside of the classroom to explore the cities' cultural and artistic scene
Run lessons based on the needs of the student or the school
Week 4
Run weekly tests to assess main learnings from the week
Prepare interactive class sessions through presentation, games, and discussions
Conduct a closing space for student to showcase what they learn, it can include a challenge or competition among the students (math, reading, speaking, art competition).
Set up a "creative brainstorming" to define the project artistic development with the beneficiaries
Build final project testimonial video and present it to AIESEC members and school representatives.
