The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging with grass-groot initiatives.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Realizará un análisis preliminar de las necesidades de la organización y sus proyectos sociales, identificando áreas de oportunidad y fortalezas.
Comenzará a planificar la participación en proyectos específicos, identificando cómo el voluntario puede apoyar a lo largo del programa.
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project
Introductory session with the beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers and project objectives.
Run the initial assessment needed for measuring the outcome/impact of the project
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Create an implementation plan on how the project should unfold and determine materials to be used
El voluntario global participará de un espacio de incorporación con representantes de la organización local para entender su misión, estructura, equipos, procesos internos y la forma en que se relacionan con la comunidad.
Week 2
Analyse the business model of the partner (current procedures, identity, gather data from past projects/campaigns etc)
Map out the competitors in the market and analyse what Good Case Practices can be taken from them
Research potential new partners and interview them on the possibility of a partnership
Build the Development Plan for the partner based on the data gathered and ask for feedback
Realizar una investigación más exhaustiva para diagnosticar los puntos de mejora en los proyectos sociales de la organización. Esto puede incluir la revisión de datos existentes, informes de impacto y estrategias de comunicación.
Entrevistarse con miembros clave del equipo y, si es posible, con beneficiarios para obtener una perspectiva completa de las necesidades y desafíos.
Preparar una presentación informal para compartir los hallazgos con la organización anfitriona y recibir retroalimentación.
Gather feedback from existing partners to improve collaboration
Week 3
Workshop: Stakeholder mapping and management training with the partner
Con base en el diagnóstico anterior, desarrollar propuestas de soluciones realistas que aborden las deficiencias identificadas.
Desarrollar un plan inicial de gestión de redes sociales y marketing, que incluya la creación de contenido, la planificación de campañas y la mejora de la comunicación institucional.
Colaborar en la creación de una estrategia para fomentar nuevas alianzas públicas, público-privadas o con la sociedad civil
Set up / Improve social media/website presence for the social impact project/campaign of the NGO
Create or improve the branding guideline for the project/campaign
Create or improve the Customer Flow for the partner
Create and prepare branding/networking events to improve the visibility of the partner
Week 4
Organize branding events to promote the partner
Comenzar a implementar las soluciones y estrategias desarrolladas, trabajando codo a codo con los equipos de la organización.
Run online campaigns to boost visitors on the partner's main platform
Host different networking events to seek for alliances and possible investors/donators on the NGO social impact project/campaign
Host an Open Doors Night for the community to better understand the partner's cause
Debrief the events together with the partner and create a follow up plan in order to boost social media and create the alliances and gather the investors/donators
Participar activamente en los proyectos sociales de la organización, brindando apoyo en la implementación de las actividades planificadas y en la mejora de los procesos internos.
Iniciar la medición del impacto de las mejoras implementadas y documentar los primeros resultados obtenidos
Week 5
Conduct a strategy session with the NGO and partners to refine their social impact strategies based on the insights gathered throughout the project.
Run on-demand workshops/activities to tackle the partner's projects deficiencies
Conduct a training workshop focused on specific skills or knowledge areas for the NGO staff and volunteers, such as fundraising techniques, social media management, or impact measurement.
Apoyar en la planificación y ejecución de eventos o actividades comunitarias que fortalezcan las alianzas y la visibilidad de la organización.
Colaborar en el acercamiento a posibles nuevos aliados estratégicos, ayudando a la organización a expandir su red.
Capacitar a miembros del equipo de la organización en la gestión de las nuevas estrategias (por ejemplo, en el uso de herramientas de marketing digital) para asegurar la sostenibilidad del proyecto.
Develop a strategy for ongoing engagement with beneficiaries and stakeholders after the project's official end.
Reach out to the possible new partners and investors and schedule meetings in which to discuss the possibility of a collaboration
Week 6
Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and even better if and include this in the report
Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Closing day with beneficiaries
Ayudar a documentar todas las actividades realizadas, los resultados alcanzados y las observaciones clave.
Preparar un informe final detallado para la organización local, detallando los resultados obtenidos, destacando los logros y las recomendaciones claras para la sostenibilidad y la mejora continua de las iniciativas.
Participar en una jornada de cierre con la organización para reflexionar sobre los logros, desafíos y el camino a seguir.
Collect data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
Analyse data to determinate outcome/impact results (level of awareness of beneficiaries post-project activities).
