About Escuela Del Mirador

We are an educational institution that, since 1980, has been dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive education for children and adolescents. Our project began with the creation of the Cuentacuentos Kindergarten, which today, together with Escuela del Mirador—offering Primary and Secondary levels—forms a solid educational structure.

Role

Responsibilities

Activity 1: Assist in English classes for children aged 6 to 12, supporting the lead teacher in developing learning activities, educational games, and conversation exercises to strengthen vocabulary and pronunciation.

Activity 2: Collaborate as an English assistant for students aged 13 to 17, participating in the planning and implementation of activities focused on speaking, writing, and reading comprehension, while promoting a dynamic and intercultural classroom environment.

Activity 3: Design and implement cultural and thematic activities (for example: English Week, cultural fairs, workshops on English-speaking countries, Science or Literature activities) that encourage language practice and cultural exchange among students.

Activity 4: Support the evaluation and monitoring of student progress through observations, personalized feedback, and the preparation of simple reports on language performance and class participation.

Activity 5: Participate in pedagogical meetings and teacher training sessions, sharing good practices and contributing an international perspective to the English teaching process.

    Application Video Recording and submission of a personal introduction video in English, highlighting teaching skills, experience, and motivation to join the international educational project.
  • STEP 3

    Profile Evaluation and Review The AIESEC team reviews the application, verifying requirements, competencies, and suitability for the position offered by the educational institution.
  • STEP 4

    Accepted and Approved Official confirmation of acceptance into the Global Teacher program and approval to begin the preparation and onboarding stage.
