Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

1. Plan and design classes and educational activities that promote English language learning.

2. Prepare teaching materials and educational resources that are appropriate for the level and needs of the students.

3. Teach grammar, vocabulary, listening and writing comprehension, speaking, pronunciation, and communication skills in English. Promote the development of the four basic language skills: listening comprehension, writing comprehension, speaking and writing in English.

4. Evaluate student progress through tests, exams, projects that develop skills, and assigned work. Evaluate and monitor the use of the Smart English platform (the teacher will be previously trained to know how to manage and use this platform as a support for their classes).

5. Provide individualized feedback to students to help them improve their level of English.

6. Promote the use of the English language in real communicative situations inside and outside the classroom.

7. Promote creativity, interest and active participation of students in learning the English language.

8. Establish a positive, inclusive and respectful learning environment in the classroom. Be a guide and facilitator of learning.

9. Collaborate with other teachers and education professionals to ensure the comprehensive development of students. Maintain open communication with other school stakeholders to optimize their performance and student learning (management, coordination, psychology, teachers, families and students).

10. Participate in ongoing training activities to stay up to date on methodologies and pedagogical approaches related to teaching English as a foreign language.

11. Actively participate in activities and programs that are carried out in favor of student learning and training.
