Role
Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and enhance Installed Base data to ensure the accuracy of customer information and identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a centralized Installed Base (IB) database, tracking customer assets, installations, commissioning activities, renewals, and service history.
- Generate and issue certificates, service documentation, and customer vouchers using Eatons internal systems and platforms.
- Proactively engage with customers via phone and email in their local language (English, French, Spanish, German, or Nordic languages) to verify and update data records.
- Act as a liaison between regional Service Units and the Budapest Service Support Team, contributing to lead generation activities and supporting business growth initiatives.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities, including Pivot Tables and data analysis tools, to manage, organize, and interpret large datasets.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of Installed Base information across multiple business systems and databases.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Maintain and update customer records by registering validated data into the CRM system.
- Enrich customer and product databases with relevant information, including equipment age, purchase history, lifecycle status, and additional service-related details.
- Support senior team members with administrative and operational activities, including the registration of field service reports, quotations, and other service documentation within internal systems.
