Role
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in capturing photos and videos of property amenities, dining venues, and guest experiences.
- Social Media Management: Draft and schedule daily engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social channels and respond promptly to user comments and direct messages.
- Online Reputation Management: Assist the team in tracking and drafting replies to guest reviews.
- Campaign Support: Help execute digital promotions for food festivals, room packages, and seasonal events.
- Copywriting: Write short, compelling captions and descriptions for online promotional materials.
- Analytics Tracking: Help compile monthly data reports on website traffic and social media performance.
- Trend Research: Keep track of digital trends in the travel and hospitality industry.
