Role
- Strategy & Concept Development
Develop a comprehensive online marketing strategy in coordination with management and sales.
Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns (organic & paid) for lead generation, brand building, and community growth.
Create content strategies for the website, blog, newsletter, and social media platforms.
- Social Media & Performance Marketing
Manage and strategically expand our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and potentially TikTok).
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) including budget management.
Build, moderate, and further develop our online community.
- Website, UX & SEO
Oversee the continuous development of our website in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Handle on-page and off-page SEO (keyword strategy, metadata, internal linking, backlink building, and technical SEO in cooperation
with developers/agency).
Analyze user behavior (e.g., with Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, heatmaps) and derive optimization measures (landing pages,
conversion funnel, forms).
- Content & Brand
Create and manage target-group-relevant content (texts, visuals, short videos/reels in collaboration with design).
Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital channels.
Develop and execute campaign ideas for product launches, events, promotions, and employer branding.
- Analysis & Reporting
Continuously monitor all activities (KPIs, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
Prepare meaningful reports and strategic recommendations for management.
Test, learn, and optimize: A/B testing, experimenting with new formats, platforms, and tools.
